The Bay Retreat is the ultimate in modern, contemporary luxury. The property has been designed and decorated to the highest standards, catering for your every need.
The property comprises four stunning double / twin bedrooms which are all en-suite, a ground floor level cloakroom, extensive lounge areas, fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area, internet / study area, external pool, terrace and gardens.
The property also has its own private driveway and car port, with electronic gates and it is fully secured, alarmed and with a 24 hour response team. There is also a local Management contact in the vicinity for the duration of your stay

Ground Floor
Lounge 1
On entering the property through the main entrance you walk into the spacious lounge area which is light and airy, extremely well appointed with doors opening out on to the terrace and gardens
Dining room
In a separate area, but leading on from the lounge is the dining area. The sophisticated décor and lighting allows for intimate dining or family and group meals. A large eight seater table is provided.
Lounge 2
The second lounge is situated at the far side of the kitchen and it offers chic style and modern comfort in relaxing surroundings.
Kitchen
From the main lounge you enter the kitchen, which is bright, modern and fully fitted with all expected appliances including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Additionally, there are ironing facilities available.
Study / Computer Room
The study is located off from the second lounge which offers the chance for private reading from the array of local attraction and history books. In addition, with fast speed internet dial up and a flat screen computer, research or a chance to catch up on emails is made easy. Additionally game consoles and DVD players are located in this area for entertainment purposes. Your butler can connect these to the large plasma screen in the lounge if required. Additionally, there is a vast array of modern CD's, DVD's and games for you to utilise during your stay.
Cloakroom
This facility is well appointed and conveniently located.
Master bedroom decorated in an 'urban chic' style; the bedroom has luxurious fittings and fixtures, a flat screen television, a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, with views of the Ocean. The room also contains a DVD/CD player and a safe for your use and convenience and the room is fully air conditioned. Blankets and additional bedding are also available for the winter months
Bedroom 2 and 3
Spacious and well appointed with built in wardrobes and flat screen televisions, these rooms all contain divan beds allowing for maximum flexibility and these can be 'zipped' to create comfortable double beds, or left individually as twin bedded rooms. The rooms also contain DVD/CD players and a safe for your use and convenience and the rooms are fully air conditioned. Blankets and additional bedding are also available for the winter months
Bedroom 4
Spacious and well appointed with built in wardrobes and a flat screen television, this room contains a queen size bed.
A high quality sofa bed is also available for two children in the master bedroom. The room also contains a DVD/CD player and a safe for your use and convenience and the room is fully air conditioned. Blankets and additional bedding are also available for the winter months
There are four bathrooms in total, giving the guests private facilities at all times. All of the areas are well appointed with power showers and you will be provided with luxurious towels, robes and toiletries.
Next to the pool this purpose built, upmarket terrace area has been created to make the most of the beautiful surroundings and the fantastic climate. The terrace area is an ideal location to enjoy alfresco dining, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are spectacular views of the breathtaking Twelve Apostles and Lions Head.
Pool and Gardens
The pool is well appointed, and it is surrounded by lush gardens where you can soak up the sun within the luxury of your own private surroundings. The area has been completely re-designed to offer the best in terms of view and maximising the sun.
Loungers and pool towels are also provided for use during your stay. The pool has an optional chid safety fence which can be fitted if required.
Staff quarters and private facilities are also located in this area.

From the moment you arrive until the time you depart, you will be surrounded in comfort and luxury. You will be greeted on arrival and you will be escorted to your room and offered a full showround of the property. Daily duties such as housekeeping and tending to the property come as standard and you will have a local contact from our management company who will look after you and arrange any additional services that you may require.
We can organise to have freshly baked products brought to you from the local patisserie for your breakfast and we can arrange for drinks and refreshments to be served, with the sounds of tranquil music when you return from a busy days' sightseeing. Alternatively, why not enjoy drinks on a candlelit terrace prior to dinner in one of the exclusive restaurants in the area, or following on from your own private Braai.
We also offer a range of services to enhance your stay which we can arrange for you beforehand, or during your stay. These include car hire, chauffer driven transport, excursion arrangement, personalised tours, onward travel and accommodation arrangements, restaurant reservations and airport services.
In addition, we can offer a laundry and ironing service, shopping, welcome provisions packs on arrival, and we can arrange beauty and holistic treatments at the Villa.
