On receipt of the email, we will check and confirm availability and we will respond to you to confirm the booking within 24 hours. At this point, a deposit of 50% would be required and full payment would be due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. You would then be bound by the attached terms and conditions

We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Bay Retreat, its facilities or location on a no-obligation basis. Please detail the nature of the enquiry and will endeavour to respond to you by your chosen contact method within 24 hours.
In addition, we are happy to help plan travel for you to visit other areas of South Africa. If you would like help with onward travel, please note this on the enquiry form and we will happily look at itineraries, other accommodation bookings or flights for you.

Camps Bay and Cape Town are fantastic areas to visit, and there is a whole lot more to see further a field. We would be delighted to assist you with all of your travel arrangements and we offer the following services.

In-Villa Services are offered to help make your stay as comfortable and as luxurious as possible. Why not let yourself be pampered for the duration of the stay and maximise the free time you have to relax on the sun soaked beach or enjoy as much sightseeing as possible. All services can be arranged as and when required during your stay, but to guarantee availability for items such as car hire, transfers etc you are advised to pre-book. Further details of local tours and day trip itineraries can be provided upon request.

Arrival Groceries
Inclusive of basic provisions such as breakfast pastries, fruit juice, mineral water, produce for freshly prepared sandwiches, refreshing local beer and soft drinks. |
Grocery Provision
Your butler will be happy to make grocery purchases on your behalf, whether this be on a daily basis or less frequently. |
Cocktail Pack
Your butler will provide the necessary ingredients for your favourite five cocktails. View our list and choose your favourites. Supplies allow for around 30 drinks, which will be professionally made and served to you on request.

Champagne and Canapé Service
Including two glasses of Champagne and a range of exquisite Canapés.

Restaurant Reservations
Choose from a wide range of restaurants in the local area and allow your butler to make your reservations for either lunch or dinner. Bookings are essential in most restaurants regardless of the time of year, and using our service we will do our up most to get you the best tables in the house.

Chef services
We can hire you your own private chef by the day of for the duration of your stay. Prices are dependent on the number of meals required per day, the number of guests and the menu chosen.

Private Barbeque (Braai)
Your butler will be able to prepare and service a barbeque for you on your private terrace. Serving a wide range of local and international food and accompaniments.

Full Laundry Service
Clothing washed, dried and pressed.

Ironing Service
Garments ironed ready for wearing.

Arrange Excursions
Your butler will book tickets for all your planned excursions and arrange for these to be collected for you. |
Plan and execute tour days
Let your butler know where you want to go and he will plan tour days for you to make the most of your time, and schedule accurately the travel times and itinerary. In addition, the butler will be your driver and guide. This can either be using your own hire vehicle, or to include separate transportation.

Transfers back to the airport
If not arranged prior to your arrival, your return airport transfer can be arranged by your butler

Car Hire
Car hire can be arranged in advance or during your stay. We will be able to source competitive rates of insurance for you, or for you and your butler for the duration of your visit.

Private Driver
Your butler can save the need for taxis by driving you to dinner (if outside of Camps Bay) or to excursion pick up points and for collection. |
